Our after-sales team will provide you with professional, fast and high-quality services! We promise to provide the following services for our products:
Pre-sales service: We will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical information, field inspection of customers' original equipment, production lines, etc., and "tailor-made" design according to customers' requirements. Also, we welcome you to visit our assembly base and will help to make arrangements to visit our current customers, if required.
After-sale service: We will guide the installation of equipment on site, and provide comprehensive and systematic training for operators and maintenance personals.
When there is any problem with the instrument you purchased, we will respond within 2 hours after receiving the notice from the customer. As required, we will send engineerstoyour site within 48 hours to solve the problem for you. When the instrument is under warranty, all expenses related to maintenance shall be borne by our company. After the warranty period, we will stilltake care of maintenance for the whole life of the machine, and only charge for transportation, accommodation and spare parts (supplied at the lowest price).
